Peter Ritchie
Reservation Manager

Peter has over three decades of expertise in the Hospitality Industry spanning hotel and call center reservations.

As Intergy’s Reservation Manager, he oversees the training of our professional, bilingual reservation agents and the daily operation of the Reservation Office. Peter has been an integral part of Intergy’s ability to secure reservation services for independant Hotels; the International Hotel in Calgary and the Washington Court Hotel in Washington DC being two prime examples.

Colette Leblanc
Reservation Supervisor

Colette joined Intergy in May of 2011. She is bilingual and a graduate of the Tourism and Travel program at Holland College. Prior to joining Intergy, Colette worked at hotels in both Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. Since joining Intergy, Colette has taken the role of supervisor, assisting in day-to-day hands on management of the call centre.

Jonathan King
Reservation Agent

Jonathan joined the Intergy team in 2006 and has been involved in not only the general reservations department but he also oversees the group and extended stay reservations division. Having worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years with 10 years of experience directly in hospitality, Jonathan’s extensive knowledge in making reservations and providing customer support is an asset to Intergy.
