Bilingual Reservation Agents
Position Overview:
- To provide superior customer service to potential guests by responding to inbound reservation enquiries for select hotels throughout Canada and the US
- Two week comprehensive training program provided
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Bilingualism (French & English) is required
- Minimum 24 hours per week availability required; flexible shifts available

Group Sales Associate
Position Overview:
- To prospect, research and follow-up on group leads and requests for hotel space across North America utilizing the group booking tools provided.
- This position entails internet research for potential group business, outgoing sales calls and follow-up.
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- An 8 week project beginning Monday October 3, 2011.
- A total of 35 hours per week. Hours are between Monday to Saturday, 12pm -12am (own transportation required)
